Our exchange window depends on your delivery location:
- Kenya: 3 days from delivery
- East Africa: 10 days from delivery
- Worldwide: 21 days from delivery
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 4 business days.
You may exchange for the same item or a different item of equal value. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-value item, you're welcome to top up the difference.
All approved exchanges are issued as store credit by default. A monetary refund is only available if your original item was out of stock at the time of purchase, in which case you will be refunded in full.
