General Conditions

- Luxury Standards: We strive to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Orders and Pricing
- Currency: All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
- Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
Payments and Security
- Accepted Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit Cards and M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa).
- Verification: For M-Pesa transactions, the payment must be completed and verified by our system before the order is dispatched.
- Third-Party Security: Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Womanly does not store your private financial credentials or PINs.
Shipping and Delivery (Nairobi & Beyond)
Delivery Zones: We offer door-to-door delivery within Nairobi and nationwide shipping via our preferred courier partners.
Timelines: Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 24 hours. Nationwide deliveries may take 1–2 business days.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Womanly are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
The "Womanly" Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, earrings, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or as store credit. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
User Accounts and Google Sign-In
Account Security: If you create an account or use Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Automated Creation: By using Google Sign-In, you agree to the retrieval of your basic profile information as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
